Why Outreach?
Any congregation wants to grow numerically. But that is not the main reason why we do outreach. It’s more about sharing good news with others. When a baby is born, when a child graduates, or when someone retires we like to share the happiness with others. Jesus has given us so much…forgiveness of sins and a promise of eternity in heaven, it’s hard not share that good news with others. Before He returned to His Father in heaven, He reminded us to go to all nations with that good news. We start in St. Vital and then together with other churches, we share throughout the world. (Mt.28:19-20)
